Hi! My name is Sadie and I am 6 years old. I love to do community service in the Capital Region and I have earned the GOLD Presidential Service Award two years in a row! I am the current Jr. Ultimate Miss Military Star New York Queen. I love to do cheerleading, dance, and aerial yoga!
My mom has struggled with anxiety and depression since she was a teenager and I was diagnosed with ADHD at 4 years old as well as Sensory Processing Disorder. I think it is really important to show that Mental Illness can affect people of all ages.
I want to help reduce the stigma around discussing mental health and I want to show everyone that we can still shine and be strong no matter what our struggles are!!
