Mary believes that mental health is health! There should be no shame in seeking help, asking for support, and sharing your story.
Mary is an advocate by profession but passionate by choice. She has spent over a decade using her voice to help those living with mental health conditions. She is an avid cyclist, recovering stand up comedian, and published author. In her first novel, Written in Longhand, she marries her love of writing with her personal and professional experience with mental health. Mary currently lives in upstate New York with her two daughters.
