My name is Katherine Hyatt and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Yoga Teacher located in Syracuse, NY. I am the founder and owner of a mental health private practice and specialty yoga studio with two locations throughout Syracuse called Branches of Growth Mental Health Counseling and Yoga Studio. We have over 20 therapists that offer telehealth and in person sessions to ages 3 and up with a variety of specialties. Not only to we offer counseling and yoga, we also provider corporate wellness services, critical incident stress debriefing and holistic modalities such as meditation, sound healing and reiki.
I spend my free time with my 2 girls, husband, working out, reading and spending time with family.
My WHY for being a CHAMPION for mental health is part of my mission in everyday life. As a survivor of suicide loss and someone who has struggled with anxiety their entire life, I want to decrease the pain for others and for EVERYONE to know they are not alone in this life. Life is hard, but we are all in this together.
