My name is Fatima, and I’m a 30 year old Egyptian American woman who has a Masters in Psychology. I am asking for your support as I participate as a model in NAMI NYS’s Off The Mask campaign and fashion show, because it is so important to me to expand access to mental health resources and let anyone impacted by mental health issues know that they are not alone! As someone with a degree in the mental health field, I know that knowledge isn’t enough to fight these issues. It takes a community and resources to provide the right kind of support that is desperately needed. Your donation will go directly towards these efforts, making a real impact in the fight against mental illness.
